To Whom it May Concern,
I took my family to your park for the first time this summer. I have a 2 year old son and a 6 year old daughter and they both had an awesome time there. In fact, my husband and I enjoyed it as much as our children did. It was a wonderful family day, and one I know my six year old daughter will remember for a while. When you walked into the park it was like magic and you felt happy. The park was so clean and cheery looking. I loved the traditional Christmas carols quietly playing in the bacground and all the cute and wonderful picture props that were available to us. There were rides for all of us to enjoy together and your workshop was a lot of fun and not over-priced either which was a nice change. The real reindeer were really neat and my daughter was so excited about seeing them. In fact, my daughter loved being in Santa's summer home and I saw that gleam of magic in her eye as she went through the park. I mostly was impressed with your very delightful and trained staff at Santa's Village. Everyone we came in contact went out of their wat to make our stay enjoyable. That really meant a lot to my family that everyone was so cheerful and looked like they really enjoyed working at Santa's Village. I commend your staff for a job well done and we can't wait to experience the magic again next year.
Sincerely,

Santa!
Just a quick THANK YOU to you and your staff for once again providing the Driscoll family of Haverhill MA a wonderful visit and something to talk about until next year!
This is our 5th straight summer of visiting - this summer we introduced our newest little girl, Grace to your wonderful village. Her big sister Mackenzie has been to see you in your "summer home" for 5 summers. She loves to make the trip, and this year we decided to stay at the Royalty Inn, because Mackenzie fancies herself a princess, what 6 year old doesn't?! We stayed at the Inn and visited your village on Thursday the 10th, a beauty of a day - temps in the upper 60's and sunny! No crowds (actually one reason we love it there!!) as usual and the folks who are there are always happy and friendly. The following day we ventured south to the "other" kiddie land - and were disappointed. My wife was the first to comment - "OK next we do two days at Santa's Village." Later Mackenzie said ... "I wish we were at Santa's village again today." I think even Grace (8 months old) was wishing we were back at your village.
So next year it will be our 6th visit in 6 years and we will stay for two days!!
Thanks for providing such wonderful weather - and a wonderful place for the entire family to have fun and play together!
Kevin and Kelly,
Mackenzie (6 years)
and Grace (8 months)
