Strollers & Wheelchairs

Strollers and wheelchairs are free to use and "rolled out" on a first-come, first-served basis.

Credit Cards & ATMs

MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted at shops throughout the park. An ATM is also available for your convenience. Travelers checks are accepted with a Photo ID. Sorry, Santa does not accept personal checks.

Inclement Weather

"Rein-checks" are issued when inclement weather drowns a great day. The rain must be hard and constant for at least 20 minutes, and with no let-up in sight. Sorry, no refunds. Our first priority is always your safety, so rides close when lightning is seen.

Pet Accommodations

We want every member of the family to be comfortable during your visit here, so we offer "canine condos" at no charge. Simply go to the Ticket Booth to secure your pet's condo. A $10 refundable deposit is all that is needed to obtain a key and a water bowl. If your animal uses this area, please see that the "condo" is left clean and ready for the next pet.
