Request a Donation from Santa’s Village
**We are currently accepting requests for events taking place in 2024.**
Every year Santa’s Village supports hundreds of community organizations. If you’re hoping to receive a donation from Santa’s Village for an event, please review our criteria found below. Please know that we review all requests submitted, but it would be impossible for us to say “Yes” to each and every request. Your organization will receive a letter of determination in the mail prior to the date of your event. Donation requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event date or deadline for items to be received for consideration.
Donations are extremely limited this year. If your organization received a donation during our 2023 calendar year, please remember that we issue donations on a bi-annual basis for repeat requests. This allows us to provide donations to more organizations overall.
Our criteria for receiving a donation is as follows:
- Must be a non-profit organization with a federal tax ID number
- Money raised must directly benefit children ages 12 and younger
- Must be located in New England (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island)
If you feel that your organization meets our criteria, please fill out our Donation Request form below. Please make sure that your organization’s request includes the following information: name of organization, date of event, brief description of the event, and mailing address.
