Complimentary Add-ons

With advance notice — least two (2) days but no more than ten (10) days before your visit — children age 12 and younger whose birthday falls within seven (7) days of their visit can celebrate their birthday in style!

Complimentary Birthday Celebrations include:

• A custom birthday sticker
• A gift from Santa himself

Complete the required  Birthday Celebration Form  two (2) days to ten (10) days prior to your visit so we can be ready for your special day!

Please note: the birthday child’s birthday should fall within seven (7) of your visit date.

Strollers (a simple plastic chair on four wheels, with a small mesh bag on the back) are provided free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.

We have dozens of single strollers and a few double strollers available.  Strollers can be picked up and returned at the pavilion located near our North Bowl Restrooms just after entering the park.

Guests are also welcome to bring their own strollers into the park.

For guests with mobility concerns, we provide manual wheelchairs free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.  Wheelchairs can be picked up at the pavilion located near our North Bowl Restrooms just after entering the park.

If you would prefer a motorized scooter, we rent those for guests ages 16 and older.  Click here for information about renting a motorized scooter.

Santa’s four-legged guests can spend the day in our Canine Condos located just outside the park gates.

They’re available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  They are good-sized, individual cages that are in the shade. 

When you arrive, check with a Helper inside the Exit Gift Shop (inside the ‘Out’ igloo behind the Soldier slide when viewed from the parking lot).  In the gift shop we’ll collect a $10 deposit and provide you with a key and bowl for use throughout the day; the full $10 deposit is returned to you when you return the key and bowl to the gift shop. 

We have a total of 36 Canine Condos.  There are two sizes: 3 feet wide, by 4 feet high, by 5-and-a-half feet deep; and, 4 feet wide, by 4 feet high, by 5-and-a-half feet deep.  Each one features a solid ceiling and floor, and two solid side walls; the back wall and front door are chain link fence to allow air flow; pets cannot see other animals while in their condos.
