Motorized scooter rentals, Family Suite rentals, Santa’s Cabanas, and lockers are all available to help make your day even more JOYful.

 

Rental reservations will be available soon!  Rentals are limited and are likely to sell out each day that the park is in operation.  Rental policies can be found near the bottom of this page under the section titled “Rental FAQs.”

 

Rental Options

Motorized Scooters

Motorized scooters are available for adult individuals who need assistance to get around the park.

All scooter operators must be at least 16 years of age; one person per scooter, absolutely no passengers.  A $40 rental fee per scooter will be collected.

Family Suites on 34th Street

It can be nice to have a little private space for your family to gather during a visit to the park. These tiny retreat rentals make a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Santa’s Village. Located near Frosty’s Freezer, on 34th Street, each building can accommodate up to 10 people and are ADA accessible.  Your rental includes:

  • 10 bottled waters
  • Six (6) juice boxes
  • Mini-fridge
  • Dining table and chairs
  • Electrical outlets for charging devices
  • AC/heating
  • Self-locking door
  • Comfortable seating

Food and beverage can be purchased separately at any of our dining locations.

Santa's Cabanas

Santa’s Cabanas are private poolside accommodations located at Polar Paradise.  Cabanas can accommodate up to six (6) people, are ADA accessible, and include the following:

  • Four bottles of water
  • Four juice boxes
  • Mini-fridge
  • Dining table & chairs
  • Multiple lounge chairs
  • Electrical outlets for device charging
  • Ceiling fan
  • Safe to lock valuables
  • Full day access to our water park

Food and beverage can be purchased separately at any of our dining locations.

Pricing is $154/per cabana; admission to the park must be purchased separately. Cabanas are available from 9:30am to 4:45pm (water park closing) most dates.  During FEASTival special event dates, Cabanas are available from 10am to 3:45pm (water park closing).  Please see our calendar for additional information about park hours and operating dates.  To view all rental policies, please click here

Santa's Super Cabana

Santa’s Super Cabana is a private poolside accommodation located at Polar Paradise.  This cabana can accommodate up to 12 people, is ADA accessible, and include the following:

  • 10 bottles of water
  • Six (6) juice boxes
  • Mini-fridge
  • Dining table & chairs
  • Multiple lounge chairs
  • Electrical outlets for device charging
  • Ceiling fan
  • Two (2) safes to lock valuables
  • Full day access to our water park

Food and beverage can be purchased separately at any of our dining locations.

Pricing is $199 for Santa’s Super Cabana; admission to the park must be purchased separately. Santa’s Super Cabana is available from 9:30am to 4:45pm (water park closing) most dates.  During FEASTival special event dates, cabanas are available from 10am to 3:45pm (water park closing).  Please see our calendar for additional information about park hours and operating dates.

Lockers

We have two locations with lockers available to rent for the day, for $10 per locker.  (Lockers may be rented after arriving in the park, locker reservations are not available online.)

Stocking Stuffer Exit Gift Shop: lockers are available to rent any day the park is open. These lockers measure 18 inches high, by 14 inches wide, by 20 inches deep. These lockers require inserting cash in $5 or $10 bills (no change given, credit cards not processed here) into an automated machine.  You’ll be asked to choose a color and to provide a number code that will allow access throughout the day; there are no keys for these lockers.

Elfs Lodge Trading Post Gift Shop: located near Santa’s Water Park available most days the park is open from late May to early September. These lockers measure 18 inches high, by 15 inches wide, by 17 inches deep.  These lockers require paying the cashier at the Trading Post Gift Shop $10 for the locker rental and use of a key to open the locker throughout the day; you’ll  need to return the key to the cashier by the end of the day.

Rental FAQs

Is admission to the park guaranteed with my rental?

No, admission to the park is not guaranteed with your rental.  Date-specific admission must be purchased separately in addition to your rental. 

What is the cancellation policy for my rental?

A partial refund will be issued when we are notified four (4) or more days prior to the date of your reservation. Scooter cancellations will be refunded in the amount of $20.  Family Suites, Cabanas and Super Cabana rentals will be refunded in the amount of $79.  EXAMPLE: If you reserve a cabana for Saturday, you’ll need to cancel by Tuesday (at the latest) to be issued a partial refund.

Cancellation must be made during business office hours, by calling 603-586-4445 or e-mailing rentals@santasvillage.com, with the details of your rental reservation and your cancellation request.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than four (4) days prior notice to the date of your reservation.

Can I reschedule my rental to a different date?

It depends on the season…

During our May-to-October schedule, you may reschedule your rental date on your own online, provided it is done at least four days prior to your scheduled date, and there are rentals available for your desired reschedule date.  To reschedule your rental, please find your email confirmation and click the link to view your tickets.  Then, click the button that reads “Reschedule Your Tickets.”

During our Christmastime schedule, rentals and admission tickets cannot be rescheduled.

Is food and/or beverage included with my rental?

On general operating dates, food and/or beverage is not included with your rental.  Food and/or beverage can be purchased at any of our dining locations.  During FEASTival special event dates, food and beverage is included with admission to the park.

Can I host a birthday party in my rental?

Yes, you can.  Admission to the park must be purchased separately though.  Also, please review the maximum capacity of people for your rental.
