Polar Paradise
An interactive water play area for children and families to enjoy together, featuring multiple spray zones, and several small water slides that drop into a two-feet-deep pool. Swim diapers are available at the at the Elfs Lodge, and must be worn by children not yet toilet trained. There are no height restrictions to use the spray zones or the extra-wide teal-colored water slide.
Open from late-May into early-September, provided air temperatures reach at least 65 degrees (the water is not heated). Enjoyment of Polar Paradise is included in the price of admission.
Physical Requirements for the water slides
Children must be at least 36 inches tall to use the these Polar Paradise water slides: the red-and-white candy cane slide, the translucent blue covered slide, and the rainbow-colored multi-lane slide. Sliders must ride feet-first, face-up, while seated or lying flat on their backs, and must wear smooth bathing suits – no rivets, buttons, buckles, snaps, or other items that might gouge fiberglass and cause scratches for people.
