Recreation Group Reservations

Thank you for considering a visit for your summertime recreation group!

We welcome children’s recreation group visits from late June through July.

2026 Children’s Recreation Group Admission

Group Rate: $38 per person (ages 4 and older)

Group Minimum: 25 paid tickets minimum is required for the group rate.

Complimentary: One chaperone admission for every 10 paid tickets; Bus Drivers.

2026 Recreation Group Visit Dates

We welcome children’s recreation groups midweek late June through July. Limited availability.

July Dates: 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31.

Advance reservation and confirmation is required.

Guidelines

Reservation: Contact the business office to reserve a date & receive confirmation.

Headcount: Final numbers must be submitted at least one week before your visit.

Supervision: We ask that chaperones stay with their group throughout the visit.

Payment

One payment: All the group tickets must be paid in a single payment.

Payment is due at arrival: Payment in full is due upon arrival at the park.

Accepted Payment Methods: Check payable to Santa’s Village from the town or recreation department, Credit Card, or Cash.

Include in the email:

• Group program name and address.
• Estimated group size, broken down by children and counselors.
• Three visit dates, most to least desired (attendance is limited, first-come-first-served).
• Group Contact: name, title, email, and phone number.

Santa’s Village will reply with availability and a written quote for your consideration.

Other Groups:

We may on occasion be able to accommodate other groups of at least 25 paid tickets on the above dates in June & July; group-rate visits are limited to those midweek dates in June & July.  Inquire at info@santasvillage.com for other group pricing and availability.
