In-park Rentals
Family Suites on 34th Street, Units 1 & 2
Rent one online in advance – $179
Two buildings rented separately, located near Frosty’s Freezer Ice Cream Shop. It’s a little private space to retreat from the hustle & bustle. Each is ADA accessible and accommodates up to ten (10) people.
Each rental includes: ten (10) bottled waters, six (6) juice boxes, and a mini-fridge; dining table & chairs, and comfortable seating; electrical outlets for charging devices; AC/heating; self-locking door.
Separate admission to the park must also be purchased. Advanced date-specific online reservation is required. Make payment for a Family Suite reservation online at the same time and same page as purchasing admission tickets (use the Buy Tickets button). Partial refund up to $79 may be issued for Suite cancellations made at least four (4) days in advance of the reservation date; dates cannot be rescheduled.
Bring your rental reservation & drivers license to the Exit Gift Shop to check in for the Suite; you’ll receive an electronic key for the day, and your license will be returned when the key is returned.
Family Suites above the Log Flume, Units 3 & 4
Rent one online in advance – $199
Two units rented separately, located above the Q-line at the Log Flume ride. It’s a little private space to retreat from the hustle & bustle. These new-in-2026 suites each accommodate up to ten (10) people.
Each rental includes: ten (10) bottled waters, six (6) juice boxes, and a refrigerator; dining table & chairs, and comfortable seating; electrical outlets for charging devices; AC/heating; self-locking door; outdoor deck.

Adult Mobility Scooters
Rent one online in advance – $40
Up to a dozen scooters, located at the Stocking Stuffer Exit Gift Shop.
Available for individual adults who need assistance to get around the park. Scooter operators must be at least 16 years of age. One person per scooter, absolutely NO passengers; weight limit 375 pounds.
Separate admission to the park must also be purchased. Advanced date-specific online reservation is required. Make payment for a Mobility Scooter reservation online at the same time and same page as purchasing your admission tickets (use the Buy Tickets button). Partial refund up to $20 may be issued for Scooter cancellations made at least four (4) days in advance of the reservation date; dates cannot be rescheduled.
Bring your rental reservation and drivers license to the Exit Gift Shop to check in for the scooter; you’ll receive a scooter to use for the day, and will receive your license back when the scooter is returned.
Lockers at the Park Exit
Rent one in person outdoors after entering the park – $10
Located outside behind the Stocking Stuffer Exit Gift Shop.
Available most days the park is open, from late-May into December. Lockers measure 18 inches high, by 14 inches wide, by 20 inches deep.
Pay in person on your own, using the screen at the lockers. Insert cash in $5 or $10 bills (no change given), or insert a credit card, into an automated machine; choose a color and a number code that will allow access throughout the day, there are no keys for these lockers.
Water Park Cabanas 1 through 11
Rent one online in advance – $179
Located at Polar Paradise. Cabanas 1 – 6 are poolside with a view to a field; Cabanas 7 – 11 are deck-side with a view to Ho Ho H2O. Each is ADA accessible and accommodates up to six (6) people.
Cabana rental includes: four (4) bottled waters, four (4) juice boxes, and a mini-fridge; dining table & chairs, and multiple lounge chairs; electrical outlets for charging devices; ceiling fan; a safe to lock valuables. Cabanas can be used from park opening until water park closing time.

Partial refund up to $79 may be issued for Cabana cancellations made at least four (4) days in advance of the reservation date; dates cannot be rescheduled.
Bring your rental reservation to the Elfs Lodge Trading Post Gift Shop to check in for the cabana; do not go to a cabana without checking in first.
Water Park Super Cabana 12
Rent it online in advance – $229
Located deck-side at Polar Paradise, with a view to Ho Ho H2O. It is ADA accessible and accommodates up to twelve (12) people.
Super Cabana 12 rental includes: ten (10) bottled waters, six (6) juice boxes, and a mini-fridge; dining table & chairs, and multiple lounge chairs; electrical outlets for charging devices; ceiling fan; two (2) safes to lock valuables. Cabanas can be used from park opening until water park closing time.
Separate admission to the park must also be purchased. Advanced date-specific online reservation is required. Make payment for a Super Cabana 12 reservation online at the same time and same page as purchasing admission tickets (use the Buy Tickets button). Partial refund up to $79 may be issued for Cabana cancellations made at least four (4) days in advance of the reservation date; dates cannot be rescheduled.

Lockers at the Water Park
Rent one in person inside the gift shop at the water park – $10
Located at the water park at the Elfs Lodge Trading Post Gift Shop.
Available most days the water park is open, from late-May to early-September, during the water park operating schedule. Lockers measure 18 inches high, by 15 inches wide, by 17 inches deep.
Pay in person to the cashier at the Elfs Lodge Trading Post Gift Shop, for the locker rental, and use of a key to open the locker throughout the day; return the key to the cashier before the park closes for the day.
