Santa is seeking enthusiastic Helpers for seasonal work, including weekends, during the months of May through December.

What types of jobs are available for Helpers 14 to 15 years old?

Admissions Cashier: provide a positive first impression to guests while scanning tickets, answering questions, and processing orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.  Once admissions tasks are completed, will finish the shift in a different department, based on business needs.

Foods Attendant: Responsible for fulfilling food orders, communicating with kitchens to keep food items available, processing sales through the Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining a clean and organized location, stocking supplies ,a nd washing trays and utensils.

Gifts Attendant: Provides a positive first impression to guests while processing sales through the Point of Sale (POS) system, stocking shelves, pricing merchandise, maintaining a clean shop, and assisting guests as needed.

Photo Shop Attendant: Responsible for printing photos, assembling photo gifts, completing orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system, and stocking and maintaining a clean shop.

Grounds Cleaning Attendant: Responsible for cleaning walkways, benches, and tables throughout the park as needed.  Ensure restrooms are cleaned and fully stocked throughout the day.  Requires and extensive amount of walking. 

Grounds Trash Attendant: Responsible for emptying trash cans at all designated areas across the park and moving trash and cardboard to designated locations.  Requires and extensive amount of walking. 

Theater Helper: Responsible for greeting and interacting with guests, wearing costumes and participating in performances, moving stage props, running the 3-D movie, and maintaining a safe and clean area.

What types of jobs are available for Helpers 16 to 17 years old?

Rides Attendant: Responsible for safely attending to an monitoring amusement rides including boarding and securing passengers, operating rides, ensuring passenger safety during ride, and while exiting ride.

Foods Cook: Responsible for following proper policies and procedures while preparing and cooking foods.  Must ensure cleanliness of the work area and keep the kitchen stocked with necessary cooking supplies.

Water Park Attendant: Responsible for enforcing safety rules, greeting guests, and working with the team to ensure smooth, efficient, courteous, and safe operation of the water park.

Parking Lot Attendant: Responsible for safely directing traffic in the parking lot, cleaning trash from all areas of the park, and assisting guests as needed.  Requires and extensive amount of walking.

Lawn Attendant: Responsible for mowing and trimming designated locations of the park prior to park opening.  Once lawn tasks are completed, will work the remainder of the day assisting guests in the parking lot, assisting Trash Attendants, sorting recyclables. Requires an extensive amount of walking.

Guest Services Attendant: Provides a positive experience for guests and assists them by answering questions, providing area information, process season passes, and assists employees with uniform items.

Office Receptionist: Responsible for answering phone calls and guest inquiries, communicating on park-wide radios, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Emergency Responder: Respond to first aid calls or medical emergencies, ensure inventory is sufficient in all first aid areas, keep supplies organized and easy to find, assist guests at the Guest Services area.  Requires an extensive amount of walkingMust be NREMT-EMR certified or higher.

Upon hiring, proper identification must be provided to complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form before starting work.  For those under age 18, parental signature is required before beginning employment.  New Helpers are required to provide proof of eligibility and legal authorization to work in the United States as provided under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
